I got the opportunity to enter the field of post production while I was in college. I was a mechanical engg. student and for some reason I just couldn't help but feel like i wanted to do something more than that.The only interesting thing I found in Mechanical engineering was the engineering drawing class.So in my last year, I got a break through my sister, Archana Roshan, who casually set up a meeting at Western Outdoor,Fort to go meet a man called Aquil Unia. He opened up a door which lead me to being me, today.

I've been in the post production industry,as a Flame Artist, in India since 2000 and I'm quite proud to have been involved with various good projects and feel blessed to have worked with among the most talented artists in the visual effects field.

I worked as an Online artist (on Flint 2010) at Triple One Eye, Malaysia from August 2008 till February 2010 on various commercials for the Malaysia, Singapore and Vietnam market. Its a nice boutique studio, with a strong focus on design. Just before joining Triple One Eye, I was working at Pixion Studios which is located in Bombay, India. It's a studio which outputs good work and has progressed so much, in such little time. Before that, I was with a cracking team at Tata VCL, again in Bombay, which also does some very good work, mostly on film. My time with this team, is nothing short but magical. I was working with the same team at Western Outdoor before the whole team shifted and joined Tata VCL.

I strongly believe in personal growth and there is no better way to grow in this industry than to be exposed to various different work flows and working with various different artists. I believe in speed and optimization, not only in render times but also in actual working time. I believe in “You are only as good as your last delivery"

I am very comfortable working within a team as well as have the ability to take charge and make a call when required. May it be an on shoot supervision or creating a look for a film title.
